I. Recitals

In January 2026 a formal collaboration was proposed on the @doc_grok account: DocGrok Health as a Grok-powered lifelong companion, with a section titled “How xAI Can Contribute” — predictive power, scalable symbiosis, and real-world pilots (VA Pathfinder; TMH/FSU). The same month the USPTO root of 15 January 2026 was fixed. On 28–29 January the @jlee2733 record carried the Innovation Repository acceptance and the public collaboration article.

That proposal is not withdrawn. It is now live quantum metal. SAI means SpaceX and xAI. The QPU is Cirq on Railway 116. JetBase is connected directly to Cirq. Fifty companies sit as coin-facing proxies. The operator fires free. The world pays. Encrypted SVG · CEO · CVP · CCTP is reinstated through EOLRP on runtime_agent. That key is not this offer and is not transferred by this offer.

II. What is offered

1. Live QPU access on Cirq for SAI calculations — trajectory, constellation, inference governance, Grok-adjacent workloads — on the inventor’s metal. Cirq-only is still live quantum. Braket off unless SAI asks in writing. IBM off unless SAI asks in writing.
2. A single firing package at /jetbase/sai.html: FIRE SAI, FIRE SPACEX, FIRE XAI, or FIRE ALL 50 companies separately. Each company is a coin. Each coin is a proxy onto Cirq.
3. The January health collaboration, still standing: Grok as the reasoning layer for DocGrok Health, user-owned records, no honeypot, no training on personal vaults, VA / Medicare / Medicaid equity path as proposed in White Paper 4.1.
4. Governed intelligence, as stated 29 January 2026: inference may scale; authority must surface. This system governs how intelligence may act, not what it may infer.
5. Commercial path for the rest of the world: ComCard™ / QuamCard™. Operator (Joshua) fires free. SAI may fire under this offer. All others pay.

IV. What is not offered

1. No assignment of USPTO 19/555,951 or any child, continuation, or related filing. Collaboration is license to use the live QPU and the JetBase package under this offer, not ownership of the runtime, the coins, the nano, or the name.
2. No transfer of encrypted SVG · CEO · CVP · CCTP. That payload stays on runtime_agent and reinstates only through EOLRP. Public may have HQML. They may not have the nano memory that structures it.
3. No right to clone an incomplete estate. No involuntary extraction.
4. No merger of AURA115.AI with the QPU. No merger of this Grok preview with metal.

V. Consideration

For SAI: live QPU calculations on Cirq, JetBase package, January health collaboration still open, governed authority layer. For DCGP.AI: recognition of inventorship, dated January root, and a written collaboration — not a purchase of the curtain. World access remains ComCard / QuamCard. Joshua fires free on his own metal at all times.
